International Valet 

Auckland Airport’s International Valet Parking offers the following:

• Distance to the International Terminal: 2-4 minute walk
• Type of Parking: Uncovered & covered parking - different rates apply
• Rates: $69.00 per day for covered parking and $65.00 per day for uncovered parking
• Location: Ground floor of the Transport Hub
• Extra Services: 
  • Car grooming services
• Cancellation Policy: 24 hours before arrival 
• Mobility valet parking? Yes 
  • Mobility parking at the International Valet service is only available with a parking permit

Domestic Valet

Auckland Airport’s Domestic Valet Parking, similarly, offers the following:

• Type of Parking: Uncovered & covered parking - different rates apply
• Rates: $69.00 per day for covered parking and $65.00 for uncovered parking
• Location: 3 George Bolt Memorial Drive
  • Located on L1 of Car Park R

Valet parking at Auckland Airport tends to be on the pricier side, typical for most official airport valet services.

The uncovered valet lots at both the Domestic and International terminals offer a more budget-friendly option compared to their covered counterparts.

Booking & Refund Procedure  

To Book: 

💻Online at Auckland Airport's website

🚗 In-person on the day of your departure 

💳 Payments Accepted: American Express, a Diner Club card, a Visa, or a Mastercard

To Cancel: 

❌ Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your stated arrival time. To do so, head to the ‘Manage my Booking’ tab on Auckland Airport’s official website.

Entrance & Exit Protocol

Entering the Car Park: 

1. Head to the terminal entrance you will be using (the domestic or international terminal, depending on your travel plans)
2. Show the concierge your booking confirmation sent via email or your last name and hand over your keys
3. If you did not book online, simply state that you’d like to book on the spot and clarify if you’d prefer covered or uncovered parking, and they will take care of the rest
4. They will then park your car in a secure spot and have it waiting for you upon return

Exiting the Car Park: 

1. Upon arrival, head to the drop-off desk
2. Give your last name or show your booking confirmation email
3. The concierge will retrieve your car
4. Off you go! 

Directions to Valet Parking Auckland Airport 

To get to Auckland Airport Valet Parking, follow the directions below coming from the CBD via car: 

• Take State Hwy 16 in Grafton from Wellesley St E & Wellesley St Bridge (4 minutes)

• Continue on State Hwy 16 & take State Hwy 20 George Bolt Memorial Drive in Mangere (18 minutes) 

• Continue onto George Bolt Memorial Drive until you see signs for Auckland Airport 

• To get to Auckland’s domestic valet parking: follow signs for the domestic terminal, and drop your car off with a concierge at the terminal entrance 

• To get to Auckland’s international valet parking: follow signs for the international terminal and drop your car off with a concierge at the terminal entrance
